Golden China Restaurant

I ordered Shrimp Fried Rice which is my go to dish. And, in my humble opinion, it’s one of those dishes that cannot be messed up ever. That’s not to discount the quality of the food which was great! Just as I expected!

This restaurant is terrible the delivery driver and the lady taking orders were very rude. They make you come outside to get the food if you don’t pay with cash, crazy.

When I first had Golden China the Food was good and the Service was good. A man (don't know his name) answered the telephone and the delivery was quick and he was very nice. Sometimes a woman answers the telephone and she is very rude. We have many options and Golden China is a place where residents of Crescent Cities, In Riverdale spend money for lunches. However, I am a foodie and have worked in Customer service for 30 years, and last week a woman who is always rude, rushed me, yelled at me when ordering, can confuse things answered the phone, and took my order. I understand they may have been busy however I only ordered a Steak and Cheese with Let. Tom. Cheese and Onions with Light Mayo and Shrimp Egg Foo Young. Since I was younger I've loved Chinese food at a Chinese Foos restaurant in Kingston, New York that my Family would always take us to. When I ordered my food last week she yelled at me, rushed me, and then a second person I didn't know placed an order after me with cash. The order took a long time, and she kept messing up my credit card several times and got frustrated with me. When the delivery guy came (not the nice one who liked me and said "I come quick for you the first time I orderand from Golden China and left a tip) A man I had never seen before finally delivered the food and said "No Tip" he had no idea if I was going to tip or not, I wanted to check my food. I always tip and 80% of the time no one had to ask, that is rude to me. When I opened my food I was glad I did, it didn't have tomatoes (that I love)/ on my Steak and Cheese, the Shrimp Egg foo young was nasty. (Previously good). I will never order from the Golden.Chinese Food Restaurant again. They have a Better One in Lanham, Maryland (can not remember the name) In between the dealership and the 7-11 Mannnnnn we loved the food and highly recommend it however DoorDashdash and Uber Eats stopped delivering it and would not give a reason why. Thank God, my Uncle brought me some when I was in the Hospital.

I just make two order and they gave me a wrong order and realized when i got home today. When I called refused to change the order and give me the right order.

One of their phone numbers wasn't working correctly and I couldn't get thru on the other number so I went there and ordered in person. The service was fine. The Chicken Chow Mein and Shrimp Fried Rice were good.
