  Toasted bagel of your choice topped with whipped cream cheese, flakey sautéd salmon, capers and red onion, served with a side of warm black beans. Add egg for an extra protein boost. Limited availability.
- French-Ish Toast
  Our delicious bread pudding, cut into 3 "fingers" and toasted to perfection. Topped with a dallop of whip cream and served with a warm side of cayenne maple syrup.
- Breakfast Tacos
  2 crunchy corn taco shells stuffed with shredded cheese, egg, and tasty mojo chicken. Served with a side of fresh seasonal salsa and sour cream.

  Freshly made hummus with a zesty lemon kick, served with raw carrots and celery

  In-house recipe using a mix of olives to create a taste of the Mediterranean, served with raw carrots and celery.

  Chicken salad combined with curry flavorings, toasted almond slices, coconut and sweet raisins, topped with our spicy balsamic vinaigrette. Served with raw carrots and celery.

  This is an 8oz serving of our Million Dollar Chicken, ready to take home and mix with salad of your choice...or eat right from the container, like we do!

  8oz serving of our freshly made zesty lemon hummus
- Olive Spread
  5oz serving of our tangy olive spread. Great for mix-in with pastas, salads, pizzas or as a dip. It also serves as a great compliment to the zesty hummus as well.
- Spicy Balsamic Vinaigrette
  Served in an 8oz container. Freshly made using Jason's own secret recipe which he has perfected over many years.

- Million Dollar Chicken Salad
  Chicken curry salad served on a bed of salad greens, accompanied with seasonal fruit, tomatoes, cucumbers and dressed with our special spicy balsamic vinaigrette. Topped with toasted almonds and coconut flakes for a little added crunch.
- Mableton Specialty Salad (A.k.a. MSS)
  Roasted pork on a bed of salad greens drizzled with olive oil and a pinch of salt, then topped with our seasonal salsa, and shredded cheese. Salad is garnished with seasonal fruit and cucumbers. Corn chips and sour cream available on the side.

  A warm bowl of roasted pork with tangy collard greens and black beans, and then topped with fresh diced tomatoes.

  Smokey chipolte flavored mojo chicken chili, served with all the fixings (sour cream, shredded cheese, fresh sliced jalapenos, and corn chips)

  Take your tastebuds on a ride with this delicious sandwich inspired from our days living in south Miami. Our version is a toasted bagel topped with roasted pork, bacon, Swiss cheese, spicy homemade pickled cucumbers and dressed with mayo and yellow mustard. Served with a side of warm black beans.

  Bringing you down south with a twist on a New Orleans classic. Our version of this sandwich is a toasted bagel topped with roasted pork, provolone cheese, salami and our home-made olive spread. Served with a side of warm black beans.
