Giordano's

Love coming to this place.. but really disappointed this time . There was shortage of condiments like ketchup . Serving size is also reduced . Employee just laughing when asking for anything. Last time coming here. Really got be wondering they were charging $5 for fries for really small quantity. Last time visiting

There was no service to speak of. From ordering yourself to getting your own water and beverages,there was no wait staff. The restaurant was run down looking with torn booths. The pizza was good but I would carry out next time.

Just bad luck. I went to the one branch that the pizza oven had broken. So no pizza!! and I asked for red wine, and they had no red wine!!! I have been Jonezing for this since LA and I was really bummed out, but I will try again in a different place tomorrow. Not leaving Chicago without eating stuffed pizza!

This place does need to close their doors. They can’t afford servers or drinks. We were a party of 7 and had to write down our own order and take it up to the register and read it off to them. And pay in advance!!! The service was non-existent. Gas station soda bottles and gas to request a pitcher of water, which they brought out with 2 glasses rest of us had to use solo cups. Ridiculous We won’t be back to this location!!

UPDATE: Unfortunately, I need to change my original review. On 4/4/24 we dined here and experienced the changes described by other recent reviewers. Due to these drastic changes in the service we will not be returning to this location again. I hope the other Giordano's restaurants are having more success and continue to offer the level of service customers have come to expect from this iconic Chicago pizza chain. Been here numerous times. Great Chicago deep dish pizza. Thin crust is good too. Pretty much like any other Giordano's location. The service can be a bit slow. Definitely plan to go back again.

The deep dish pizza is really good but the only thing about this location is that a giordano's pizza the costumers have to go and order at the counter and pay in advance it's my first time experiencing this at a giordano's location that I know of all the location's of giordano's I've been to its not the same as here that you order at the counter to pay in advance service I give it a 2 star its not the servers fault but of how the location is managed that's how they want to take care of there costumers that's fine but at least place a sign to let costumers know of what to expect on service, the atmosphere I gave it a 2 star is like so sad and depressing no music to make you feel welcoming ,no sound just 2 tvs on .this place could be a better place if you just change the atmosphere a little and take care of your costumers at their tables .my final is I would come back because the pizza was good everything else I know yous could get better on it .
