Dirty tables and no napkins on the tables staff chatting in the back and treats you unprofessionaly!! Never again I don't recommend I asked 2 small ice cream and they charged me 12€ for 2 small ice cream !!! So expensive

Absolutely terrible service. Zootopia "Dash" speed of service. Small portions compared with other Gioellas, also, ages speaking with customers so queue becomes giant. Really must learn how to serve people: polite but efficiently and speedy. Ice-cream was melting while they were serving....🤣🤣🤣
