Even the name, "Ginger Plum", evokes a feeling of good food, great service and a wonderful atmosphere. We were in the area for a short break and came across Ginger Plum whilst exploring the village of Addingham, near Ilkley. On a damp, cold day in February and with a well walked dog in tow, we were treated to a warm welcome and a range of superb cakes and drinks you can imagine. Comfortable tables & chairs and a fantastic range of local watercolour paintings that festoon the walls make this a 'must visit' stop if you're anywhere near. Better than the famous and nearby Betty's, and significantly better value.
Very cosy near the wood burner today. Lovely service. Delicious oat milk hot chocolate. Dangerously good gluten free cake! Dietary restrictions: Very nice offering for gluten free too.
A really nice cafe for a rainy wet day to keep dry
Cosy, friendly cafe with lovely selection of sandwiches and paninis and cake. Gluten free options appreciated. Recommended
We were staying close by the Ginger Plum and went in for coffee and scones, the coffee was lovely and hot and scones were huge and homemade. Parking: Limited parking spaces but close by.
Outstanding coffee and the soup was wonderful. Well worth stopping off if you are in the area.
