A mainstay of the Springfield dining scene for more than 15 years, Gilardi’s first opened with only 12 tables. Still in its original location at 820 East Walnut in Springfield, MO, Gilardi’s offers lavish entrées in an intimate atmosphere. Since purchasing the restaurant in early 2013, owner James Martin remains true to the lofty standards Chef Nicola established. James and the entire staff are committed to carrying on the Gilardi’s tradition for authentic, delicious Italian food and attentive, personalized service for every guest. Because James strives to build on Chef Nicola’s tradition of excellence, today Gilardi’s is also working to establish and foster new relationships in the community with both our patrons and local farmers.
