Gibby's BBQ at George's Encore - Wow I have a love of BBQ and live music now this? Great food and the menu is varied enough to keep me trying new stuff. It's all good. Portions are on the wow side. I have nothing but praise for the service and its great for take out too. Brisket, pulled pork and chicken are fantastic. Homemade soups too. Take out service is quick too.

Food tasty, large portions, and fair prices. They are located in an indoor market place that has many small individual mom.and pop stores. Most products are hand made.
