Quite creamy, more so than I expected, and then those tiny bubbles hit the tongue with a gentle bite fit for cutting through rich, fatty foods. The malt character is light (likely Pilsner and Munich malt) sets a fantastic foundation for the wonderful citrus and floral notes of the Citra to sing. And this mixes so nicely with the spicy character from the Saaz and Styrian Golding hops as well as with the Belgian sweetness and yeast character. Dry on the palate
