Location & Hours

Welcome to Gerald's Smokehouse and Grill. We take pride in the preperation of our food. The smoking process for Gerald's beef brisket is a 12 hour cook on our large pellet smoker/cooker giving it that wonderful smoked flavor. Ribs and Chicken take a 4 hour cook to achieve that same smoked flavor along with our homemade BBQ sauce. The butts are smoked for 12 hours as well for our pulled BBQ and the chickens are smoked for 4 hours for the pulled chicken. We also offer hotdogs, phillys, wraps and homemade hamburgers made to order hot off the grill. Offering homemade desserts as well. Soups will be seasonal. Come by and check us out!
