Our concept was born from the idea that amazing hibachi-style Japanese food could be offered without the usual wait required at a traditional Japanese steakhouse. We feature high-quality ingredients prepared by specially trained chefs. Our steak is fresh USDA Choice sirloin. Our chicken is fresh all-natural whole chicken breast. We only serve fresh vegetables, hand cut in our kitchens. Our famous Yum Yum sauce and Ginger sauce are made in-house.
