This place is a little hidden gem. Everyone who works there loves their jobs and they do everything with a smile. Their love for their jobs shows and makes the experience that much better. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment that we left, we got smiles all around and could not ask for more. And the food here is unbelievably amazing. Everything is customizable to your preferences and tolerances. They have many vegetables and meats to choose from, different noodle types and multiple sauces, with suggested recipes for spice and flavor for those that have never experienced this type of grill. They have so many options for everyone rather it be for dietary restrictions, allergies, etc. They are also very accommodating, to those restrictions. For instance, I told them that I was vegetarian and they cleaned the grill and their wooden barbecue swords for me so that I was more comfortable. I highly recommend this place for people of all ages because everyone will be able to find something that they will enjoy.

I'm not a huge fan of buffets, which I always say if you read my reviews. But I go to every Asian place in town. My wife doesn't really eat American food. I thought is was kind of pricey during lunch and if it was one of my restaurants. I would not have multiple prices in the buffet for different Meats. I would average out the price. It's just a problem waiting to happen if you get some jerk person. I'm not writing all the details about how dumb it is at a buffet. You gotta go there. The food was good. The little spot is nice. I never knew about it. I just happened to be in that area. The staff was all very friendly. Our server Rebecca was very pleasant to my son. Whoever designed the menu though, I can't imagine went to culinary school but the hibachi guy was great. This is maybe odd and doesnt apply to everyone but it would keep me going back. The crab ragoons were very soft. I really enjoyed them. I have dentures and can only eat the middle normally but they keep them in a steamer and it's very clever. It's been years since I ate a whole one. Parking: The street was under construction but they have plenty of street parking normally and a lot. But the lot is harder to spot behind of it. The traffic is much easier on the side street

The food is amazing. They have eggs, a good variety of meat, and amazing noodles. The sauces are also amazing as well. They have about 14 sauces and a little thing that tells you if they are mild, spicy, or hot. But overall, I would recommend eating here.

Always a great place for a great meal. Crab Rangoons & the staff are the best. The cooks on the grill will get your food out to you quickly. The furniture is a little dated & it's a little tight around the food stations. Still a great place to visit. We will be back! Parking: Street parking is almost impossible. They validate so park in the parking garage.

We were really looking forward to eating here, but unfortunately for us it fell short. Service was top notch, but the food was disappointing. We did the buffet option twice through, but our food came out very burnt both times. Their appetizer section was very minimal and the soups were extremely salty and not well seasoned. Not sure if it was an off night, because the reviews here are generally good, but I think with reopening they may be working out some kinks.

I was beyond excited about this place especially when we walked in! It was super busy when got there had a small wait for a table and when we got sat we were at in the corner and no one else was sat in the section. When our server came she let us know they just got their liquor license. She was asking us what we wanted to drink and we explained to her we have never been there. She explained it and then took our drink orders and left. It took forever to even get waters and then sat for 20 mins waiting for our server to come back to ask what we were going to do. We had no choice but to do the all you can eat Mongolian bbq with unlimited appetizers. We finally told our server and we went to get some appetizers and there was nothing left!!! When we did get the chance to get some people just swarm around and left nothing! All they had was egg rolls and crab rangoon. When we went to go get all our bowls all put together there WAS NO NOODLES! How are you calling yourself a Mongolian bbq place and run out of noodles. We sat almost an hour waiting for them to have more noodles. We finally got some after all the people were waiting and this is what we had. It was all broken down noodles and not good at all. They burnt my husbands food. THIS PLACE IS BEYOND OVER PRICED!! We will not be returning again. Very disappointed in this place.

I came in close to 5pm. Being the only patron while I was eating, they ensured my experience was excellent. The food was great and everything was pretty much perfect. Best crab Rangoon I have ever had!

5 stars when I reviewed years ago, and 5 starts up until it announced its closing. This was my favorite restaurant in kc, I will absolutely miss it. Rip, Basil Chicken Pot. Rest in glorious food heaven. // Update: they’re open again! Of course I got the basil chicken pot, but was a bit underwhelmed this go around. I think there’s still a bit of rust to knock off, but I’ll be coming back again and giving it another go. It was very salty, like extremely and had about 1/4 cup of oil sitting in the bottom of the pot. I’m hoping the gloriousness of the chicken pot will return in the future. Vibes and place still very good though.

Vegetarian options: If you can't eat meat you need to let them know so it's not cooked in the same flat top as the meat. Dietary restrictions: If you have any allergies to anything on the buffet line you need to let them know so it's not cooked in the same flat top.
