Gelato Boy Menu

1433 Pearl St, Boulder, CO 80302
  • Flavors

    • Avocado

Avocado. Don't be afraid, it's delicious. Sweet, nutty, and green
    • Bacio

Chocolate hazelnut. Dammi un bacio. Chocolate and hazelnuts making out. There's nothing wrong with that.
    • Beurre Noisette

Brown butter. Think of the amazing smell when you make french toast. Beurre noisette (literally hazelnut butter) is a comforting flavor of lightly-browned butter. Insanely good.
    • Caffè

Coffee. In italy, it's considered poor form to have a cappuccino after 11am. From then on, it's only espresso. Lucky for you, coffee gelato is fair game any time of day. Ours is made with 100% pellini espresso.
    • Cioccolato

Chocolate. Mmmmmm chocolate. It can change your mood. It's supposedly an aphrodisiac. Our chocolate gelato is made from 100% single origin chocolate sourced from guayaquil, equador. You'll be pillow talking in spanish in no time.
    • Cioccolato Bianco

White chocolate. If you like white chocolate, this one's for you. If you don't, you should try it anyway. It might surprise you.
    • Cioccolato Soia

Soy chocolate. If you like gelato but you're vegan, it can be tough. We've found a solution for you: chocolate gelato made with soy milk. Dairy free, full of flavor.
    • Cocco

Coconut. Even the cold winters in boulder can feel like a tropical paradise. Grab a cone of coconut. Mini umbrella not included.
    • Cocco E Basilico

Coconut & basil. If we were stranded on a desert island, we'd be praying for basil. We'll just assume the coconuts are already there. Gotta try it to believe it.
    • Crema

Cream. Although we make every recipe from scratch, there are two common "bases" in the gelato world. There's the white base, our fior di latte, and there's a yellow base, crema. Crema has eggs and the fior di latte doesn't. Taste the difference.
    • Earl Grey

Earl grey. A comforting, fragrant infusion of earl grey tea. A nice cold chai with plenty of moloko.
    • Fiordilatte

Sweet cream. In italy, fiordilatte is the test flavor that let's you know if the gelateria is a good one. You can taste the quality of the ingredients with no frills.
    • Fragola

Strawberry. Another classic sorbet, strawberry is a must. Drizzle with some high-quality balsamic if that's your fancy.
    • Fragola & Balsamico

Strawberry & balsamic. Common in the summer in modena, italy, you'll see ripe strawberries drizzled with the famous balsamic vinegar fromyou guessed itmodena. A classic combination that makes for an amazingly refreshing sorbet.
    • Frutti Di Bosco

Forest berries. Forest berries, mixed berries, call it whatever you want. A flavorful sorbet with strawberries, blackberries & raspberries.
    • Latte Di Cocco

Coconut milk. Actually a blend of almond milk and coconut milk for a creamy, vegan option.
    • Limone

Lemon sorbet is an italian classic. When done right it really is something special. We do it right
    • Limone E Basilico

Lemon & basil. Lemon and basil sorbet. Sounds kind of weird, but it's one of the most refreshing and unique flavors around.
    • Mango

Mango. The yellow-ist flavor you'll ever see. No artificial colors added, those are just mangos.
    • Mascarpone

Mascarpone. Mmmmmmm. Delicious mascarpone cheese. Try it with coffee gelato or a shot of espresso poured over the top. Sprinkle with coco powder for a twist on tiramisù.
    • Melone

Cantaloupe. When we make a sorbet, we want the final product to taste like the fruit that's in it. Take a bite of cantaloupe. Really good with a slice of prosciutto, by the way
    • Nocciola

Hazelnut. Hazelnuts from piedmont are not like hazelnuts from anywhere else in the world. Now you don't need to go there to taste them. You're welcome. By the way, keep this one away from giulia
    • Nocciola Soia

Soy hazelnut. We knew that our nocciola was great, but who knew that it would work so well with soy milk? Dairy-free but still creamy and luscious. Vegan or not, you'll love this one
    • Panna Cotta

Panna cotta. This one surprised us. It didn't sound like a good idea. Then we made it. And we each ate a quart in 20 minutes. It tastes better than panna cotta, oddly enough
    • Pesca

Peach. Millions of peaches, peaches for me. Simple, sweet, and awesome. Peach sorbet that's made from... Peaches; imagine that
    • Pistacchio

Pistachio. Have you every tasted a gelato made with 100% pure pistachio? You sure? There's a reason why they call it "l'oro verde" in italy, (green gold). This is some seriously good $#!%
    • Pistacchio Soia

Soy pistachio. A vegan-friendly green gold. 100% pure pistachio. Vegans rejoice
    • Stracciatella

Fiordilatte & dark chocolate flakes. Smooth fiordilatte gelato with crunchy dark chocolate shavings. Chew with your mouth closed
    • Tiramisù

Mascarpone, coffee & cocoa. True italian tiramisù is made with mascarpone & coffee, dusted with cocoa. Our tiramisù gelato? Mascarpone gelato, coffee gelato, dusted with cocoa
    • Vaniglia

Vanilla. We tried vanilla from all over the world before deciding on 100% pure vanilla beans from madagascar. It was not a hard decision. Combined with our crema egg base, it's even more delicious
    • Yogurt

Yogurt. Don't call it frozen yogurt. It's much better than that. Rich and creamy but still light and refreshing
    • Yogurt E Frutti Di Bosco

Yogurt and wild berries. Gelato and sorbet? Yogurt and fruit? Sure, why not? Yogurt gelato with wild berry sorbet swirls. Tangy and sweet, creamy and refreshing
  • Cakes

    • Torte Gelato

gelato cakes. Completely customized gelato cakes, made just the way you like it. Two layers of gelato, you pick the flavors. One layer of spongecake soaked with something delicious (rum, marsala, coffee, vanilla, Cointreau). All surrounded by a semifreddo mousse. Impress your guests or eat one by yourself, we won't judge. Gluten-free and other substitutions are available. Just leave us a comment in the Special Instructions or get in touch directly
    • Semifreddo / Mousse

Delicious semifreddo adds a softer consistency to the outside of the cake. Choose between vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, and hazlenut
    • Gelato

Choose any available flavor of gelato or sorbet. This one looks like Fragola / Strawberry. Good idea
    • Spongecake

A layer of sponge cake soaked in the flavor of your choice creates a delicious layer. Choose from rum, vanilla, coffee, or even Cointreau
    • Gelato

What's better than one flavor of gelato? Two. Choose your second flavor. This looks like Nero Fondente / Dark Chocolate. Yum
    • Crust

A cake needs a crust and a crust needs graham crackers
