Our food truck offers authentic, homemade Italian ice. Gelü Italian Ice is gluten-free and fat-free. We now offer a sugar-free flavor, and all but two of our many flavors are 100% dairy-free and vegan-friendly. Developed from a 75-year-old family recipe, our homemade Italian ice is a perfect mixture of fresh fruit, water, sugar and other flavors blended into a smooth, refreshing dessert. The process, along with some special alchemy, takes those basic ingredients and makes it into a silky, sensational, sorbet-like sweet treat. We are available for hire for special events such as sporting events, concerts, fairs, festivals, family reunions, weddings, graduation parties, private functions, birthday parties, and more.
