  • THE MEATS

    • Brisket

      We start with the best Prime Briskets lightly seasoned. The meat is then slow smoked over Post Oak wood until we get to our first stop…..Taste Bud Heaven!
    • Sausage

      We start with a nice mix of beef and pork seasoned with a kick! We then slow smoke our sausage links over Apple and Oak wood til released on perfection. Hold the grease!
    • Chicken

      We lightly season our chicken overnight, then slow cook it for a few hours over Apple and Post Oak wood until the result is so tender it might be illegal. It will melt in your mouth!
    • Ribs

      Gebby likes Baby Back ribs, so that’s what we serve. Our ribs are lightly seasoned and then slow smoked until they almost melt off the bone. Gebby’s rub has a little kick, but the brown sugar glaze tames the bite. Naughty and Nice.
    • Pulled Pork

      Gebby’s selects the finest pork butts to slow smoke for 20 hours. What we do next is a trade secret, but trust us you won’t miss the fat. We know Gebby’s Southern grandmother would have approved of this tender, LEAN, taste of Hog Heaven.

      Our Beans are slow simmered all day and cooked to perfection. This concoction of fresh smoked bacon with sautéed onion, garlic & Gebby’s special spices will have you coming back for more.
    • Gouda Mac N’Cheese W/Smoked Bacon

      We start with fresh smoked bacon from our pits, and then add Gebby’s 4 cheese blend giving this childhood favorite a smoky, gouda flavor. Save room for the meat!

      If you like creamed corn, you will love Gebby’s! It’s slow cooked with just the right balance of sweet and cream. It will make you happy.
    • Cole Slaw

      Gebby’s down home slaw has flavors that are simple but not sinful. This lighter dish is the perfect side kick for any of our smoked treats.
