      Tandoori is an Indian word for the clay oven, which is heated with charcoal and it provides many cooking facilities like barbecuing Chicken or Lamb and all the different types of bread. All the Tikka and Tandoori dishes are marinated in yoghurt with garlic, lemon juice, ginger and various Tandoori herbs and spices. All Tandoori dishes are cooked in the clay oven and served with fresh salad and vegetable curry sauce, for a healthier choice.
