Gaslight Kitchen is a local, family-owned Chinese restaurant located in East Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ran by Mr. An Ly and his wife, Mrs. Yen Ly, they specialize in traditional American-style Chinese Cuisine with an added Vietnamese drinks menu catering smoothies and boba. Opening in early June 2019, the restaurant serves both traditional and unique dishes for all patrons in their local community.
