In 1956 Olivia and Julio Garcia gathered the very best of the family's traditional recipes and opened the first Garcia's Mexican Restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona. Garcia's proudly used only the freshest ingredients to create the finest Mexican dishes. Garcia's tradition of freshness is apparent in our authentic, original recipes. Our sauces, salsas, guacamole, chips, beans, rice, and meat dishes are prepared each day in our kitchen using only the freshest ingredients.
