Gangchu is a casual dining concept in historic Seminole Heights heavily focusing on chimaek. Pronounced "chi-mek", this is literally the pairing of Korean fried chicken and beer. At Gangchu we serve crispy fried chicken and other Korean street-food inspired options that may be shared by many or simply enjoyed alone. At our full liquor bar, we also offer unique craft cocktails including some Soju based concoctions, beer towers, and cocktails on draft.
