      Picanha Apimentada Our traditional picanha, the noble cut from the top sirloin, seasoned with our unique dry rub recipe.

      Contra-filé / Ancho The cut with the heaviest marble, our ribeye is expertly butchered and seasoned with a pepper blend, then slow cooked to tender, juicy perfection.

      Fraldinha The bottom sirloin is the cut with the most consistent marble. Seasoned only with sea salt to preserve the full flavors of the beef, this is one of our juiciest cuts from our grill.
