Great coffee, great snacks a little overcrowded

I went into Gails Grafton centre in the hope of buying brioche burger rolls. The servers stated they were not often available. As i was walking out od the shop i heard another member of staff called Harry telling his colleagues he could help me and produced 4 brioche buns. Great customer service from Harry.

Good coffee and avocado toast. Staff is friendly as well.

Had the best cross bun and Cinnamon bun. Coffee was great in taste.

I was craving some cinnamon rolls and they didn't disappoint. Chai latte was good but the cinnamon roll was really tasty. Something I noticed, there was a table with the plates and cups of a previous guest, and the plates were there when we walked in the store, and they were only taken away just a minute before we left, and we were sitting in for a good 20 minutes. Dietary restrictions: No 100% gluten free food, at the time of visit there were some flourless brownies I believe but they couldn't guarantee it was gluten free.

Do wish they would provide decafinated black leaf tea. Managers nationally are dragging their feet on this one. Ask customers to do test taste.

Aluminum trays! I haven't seen this for a long time.
