Fuzzy's Taco Shop

First visit, place is clean. They have booths and high top tables and a bar serving liquor. You place your order at the counter . We had shredded chicken quesadilla, good not a lot of flavor. Beef burrito. Average. Food was decent, self serve for drinks. Unlimited tortilla chips. Queso was good, salsa was way too spicey for us. Friendly staff.

New to tampa and tried this bc cause it has decent reviews. Service was good but the food was simply just bad. I can’t remember another time I’ve taken a few bites and just left the rest because I almost gagged. Texiest texmex you could imagine, queso was the kind you get on football game nachos, hardly touched that or my burrito bowl which was cold. My boyfriends tacos were just fine

Well first time at Fuzzy's and probably my last. Got to the register and the cashier was nice but couldn't think outside the box to find solutions. I wanted the breakfast taco on flour and she couldn't tell me what they came on and wasn't ready to help solve the problem. The cashier also never told us about Taco Tuesday, which is one of their promotions. As we were leaving the noticed it as we left the parking lot. Her comment was, "would have been nice to know that." I ended up ordering the breakfast burrito. Bacon was under looked and fatty. Expensive for sure for the size. We also ordered queso, which was good and the wife got a steak taco and a chicken taco. Steak was bland. Chicken was grisly. The atmosphere was decent. Restaurant was over all clean. Tea was good.

We were looking for some awesome Margaritas and this place didn't disappoint. Steven the bartender knows his stuff! Well done!
