Fusion Tavern is nestled in Poughquag, New York. We are an American Fusion style tavern with old world favorites, like our house made rub crispy wings to our fresh pastas and our take on traditional tacos. A wonderful and cozy setting with an antique bar with creative aperitifs, unique and traditional cocktails, a full lunch & dinner menu, as well as wood fired pizza all available for dine in and take out.
