I discovered the place as a Doordasher. Tried it for the first time a month ago and now I go once or twice a week. Their ramen is absolutely delicious and my favorite is the tuna poke bowl. Lavender lemonade is the best!

This is the 6th consecutive time I have received an incorrect order when ordering through the app. I have contacted the store each time so they are aware of the issue (to which I have received a refund, and truly appreciate), but it continues to happen. I will not be ordering from this location again. I will now make sure to recommend the same to any future potential customers.

My tempura shrimp roll was good but the ramen was ridiculous I paid $15.99 for it and it wasn’t even half full I ordered a miso ramen but there was not tofu at all in fact there was a piece of pork in it The staff is so bad, the guy who made my food looked clueless even tho he was reading from a cheat sheet no wonder why the place is always empty it’s just embarrassing, no way I’m going back

Pretty disappointed as this used to be a staple for us. Came back after awhile and was met with aggressive mediocrity. The space was disheveled, and not stocked properly. The staff was slow, unprofessional, and didn’t know how to make the signature dishes. The food was cold and nothing came out together. Altogether, really disappointed. Likely, will not be back.

My wife and I just tried to order food from this location (Sawmill Rd. Dublin Ohio) and we were turned away. There were two teenagers working and they made my wifes order as she asked (she has a lot of allergies and there are very few safe options for her) and then they threw it away in front us after it was made and then said that they can't make it. They then said we had to order the spicy tuna and that we couldn't order anything else. We waited 20 minutes for us to literally see our food, as we ordered it, made and then thrown away in front of us then told we had to order something that they would perfer to make... just why... We had to leave without any food. I would give 0 stars if I could. That experience ruined one of the only safe food options for my wife.

More training is needed on how to roll the rice rolls. The machine couldn't even cut the roll properly Seeing the other reviews from months and months ago saying the same things even when time has passed is concerning for this location. The quality is not consistent with other locations, and that just shows there needs to be better training. If you come here, you're not paying for the same quality as in other locations. Maybe send someone from other locations for more training?

The food was disgusting. The staff had no clue how to make items on the menu and they covered it in sauce. The shrimp tempura was so awful.

I went there before closing one night and it was great, however this past time made me not want to go back to this location again. The service was mid, they were nice but clearly not paying attention to what they are doing. There was a pretty large piece of silver jewelry in the red onion container. I also always get salmon sashimi and it never tastes fishy but today it did because whoever prepared it did not take the skin off which is a huge deal when it comes to raw fish/sashimi- like you don’t leave that on there. Best location is on high street. Dublin location is absolutely disgusting and disappointing, which is surprising for the Dublin area. Should probably be checked out by the health department every day to ensure food safety.
