Captain Save A Hop is here to rescue your taste buds! Hundreds of pounds of pineapple combine with Azacca and Amarillo hops to add add a ripe, refreshing twist to a clean, flavorful West Coast IPA. A smooth caramel malt backbone enhances the pineapple character, intertwining sweet dessert flavors in harmony with tart citrus hops, all backed up with a respectable 7.1% alcohol by volume.

We added marshmallow fluff and a hint of vanilla to create a silky body that rounds out the richness of the expresso and cacao nibs. All the cool kids eat ramen so as cool kids ourselves we thought why not add it to beer. You read that right, there’s ramen in this beer. And it creates a California Kölsch like none other. The assertive malt character balances beautifully with zesty citrus and green peppercorn, not unlike some of the best bowls of ramen we’ve eaten. This comes to you in collaboration with local hip-hop legend Aesop, and SoCal’s Warcloud Brewing Company inspired by Aesop’s ramen pop-ups.
