Fuji Sushi

Artfully prepared, tasty, fresh Sushi for lunch. Good Miso soup. Even the sushi rice and ginger were special. A special roll is featured each day, at half price. Today' Volcano Roll was special. Fried banana desert was good, but would be improved cut in smaller pieces, and served with a dallop of ice cream.

Spicey shrimp roll! Sweet potatoe roll. Cucumber roll. Delicious Miso soup is good too!

First time here and will definitely be returning. My husband and I ordered the crazy, midlothian and the spider roll. All were delicious and presented well. The staff is very pleasant and delivered quick service. Thank you for a nice dinner Fuji Sushi!

Sushi was very good and fresh. Shrimp dumplings and edamame were both enjoyable. The BMW roll might be my new favorite roll and I will be back just for more of those! Also had a Midlothian roll and Dance Eel roll; both were awesome. The hibachi vegetables were also good, maybe could have been cooked an extra minute or cut down a size smaller, but that's prob more of a personal preference and not something that would keep me from re-ordering it. Portions were good sized and filling, even took home leftovers and they kept well, even the sushi, for the following day. Service was good as well, very attentive, and friendly. Went on a Sunday so it was pretty slow, but I can see how you may need/want to make a reservation in advance on a busier day, the place is small and cozy, so I can see it filling up fast! The food is decently priced and worth the money. I will surely be back! They also have the little fried sesame balls, which I LOVE and enjoyed 2 orders of on my ride home. We live a little over an hour away and come into the city often to shop and dine, Fuji will definitely be on our list of frequent eats from now on!

High quality sushi

So yummy. Pretty pricy, but it's sushi so that's expected. Worth it 100%
