Fuel West, an eclectic eatery & coffee shop featuring locally roasted coffee, and fresh, enticing breakfast and lunch selections. Established in 2018, Fuel West offers a similar menu to that of the original Fuel, now located at Five Points, just east of downtown Lafyette. Look for the same fresh favorites you've grown to love: incredible Streusel Pancakes, scrumptious salads and Paninis, and of course the ever popular Dirty Ivan.
