Fry's

Frys has been my favorite store except for their delivery service. Someone did fraud on our account and stole our groceries. Frys didn't charge us but they also never fixed our account so we can no longer use their delivery service.

Have been coming to this store for years.. the rising prices are bad but the recent changes to security, throttling the check out lines and closing off main entrances are why I will not be coming back. There is a Sprouts and Albertsons in close proximity.. go there instead.

The store is starting to decline…. Two entrances but one is always blocked for whatever reason…. Probably the inability to stop theft due to the general public not being able to afford food… weird how that works

Thank you to Clayton for helping me find my yogurt. I really appreciate that he took the time to get it from the back. This Fry's is friendly and great employees. Thank you so much ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍👍👍👍👍

Overcharge for items. $4.79

Went this morning with my dad and Mary the cashier was very rude. She needs training in customer service asap. Manager didn't seem to care but front service desk wasn't surprised by Mary's attitude. She doesn't need to cashier whatsoever!

Me and my wife went into this location (which we come to probably twice a day) to get our normal daily ice cream and cones and to give pens to the employees here that she makes. She wanted to do that because we come here and everyone is always so so nice to us. UNTIL today. She was doing her normal handing them out while I was checking out and she walked up to them and said hello to them and asked them if they kindly wanted a beadable pen that she makes in her business and that she came in today to give them pens for free today to tell them thank you for always being so nice when me and my wife came in everyday. And the front end manager said loudly and very rudely, does my manager know your doing this? And I said to her no but you don't have to take a pen. I'm sorry I didn't know I needed permission to give free gifts away to your employees. She just grabbed pen and walked away rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing loudly and rudely said to me "she is a employee too, give her a pen." She was talking about a customer. I wish she wouldn't have said that because so many customers were around and I did not have pens for all the customers but I felt obligated to give out free pens to everyone because of the manager Alicia. I will not be returning to this frys I will be going to the one up the road. I shopped in that frys twice daily. I own two small businesses I will also be telling everyone I know how I was treated today.
