Monique was very friendly and accommodating on this very rainy day. She brought our food to our car! The food, pulled pork sandwich and fried shrimp with french fries were excellent! Thank you so much!

The fried perch was perfect. The French fries were cooked to order and really good.

Can’t believe it took me this long to discover! Catfish is cooked and seasoned as well as everyone says. Don’t sleep on the off-menu specials. The slaughterhouse fries with pullled pork fed me for two days (save some for breakfast and throw some eggs on it!). Monique and Rico made me feel very welcome and they make everything fresh to order, so be sure to give them time to work their magic. Can’t wait to return!

How do you give 6 stars for service? Monique made me feel like family before I even ordered. We already had mains planned for dinner and she took care of the sides. Best of luck with your brick and mortar but you don’t need it girl. YOU are the special sauce! If you are ever in Cincinnati, look up or BBQ joint!

Frigging awesome

Food that makes your soul happy! Spoiled with Monique and Rico’s food tonight… and my kids are still eating and asking when we can get more even though they’re full! Ribs and wings took top spots, with spaghetti and Mac n cheese… then don’t forget banana pudding! Kid-friendliness: Monique and Rico feed a lot of people, and they do a good job of it. Any picky kids could find something they’d enjoy from here!
