Extremely disappointed with the service executive's behavior. They were dismissive, rude, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

Ordered death by chocolate sundae. It has one scoop of chocolate and vanilla ice cream at the top and in base chocolate brownie or cake. Topped with cashew badam choco sauce and two wafers. Packaging is good. Taste wise it is very good quality. Quantity is less compared to the price

this place is going to shut up very soon because of The cashier/manager thanks to him not a single customer will ever visit this outlet again the person is in F&B and where you have to be extra kind towards your customers but this man 🤬 i would recommend this company to kindly fire that man to make your outlet profitable otherwise some day that guy will be behind the bars as someday he will turn his attitude poking in someone self-respect today he had a great lucky day and I was with my family otherwise 🙏🏻

This outlet cashier/manager don't even bother about customer they only give priority to online orders, make you wait for long and then deny taking orders.. pathetic
