Had a bad experience with a wedding cake being prepared here. Awful and dishonest customer service.

The new Frostings is amazing! Cute shop with places to sit. Amazing cupcakes with new flavors almost weekly. Staff is friendly and they have the best cupcakes in RVA!

Very cute little place. I got a snickerdoodle cupcake and was blown away. Unfortunately I came when it was low volume which brought the vibe down. 10/10 highly recommend going there.

Had a very bad experience here with Jennifer. I found her to be unethical and dishonest. Will never use this place again!

The cupcakes tasted delicious but the customer service was lacking and not friendly at all. Took the kids on a 30 minute drive to get some delicious treats but felt it was unwelcoming.

Very sweet. I always ask for GF but I'm always on the fence bc sometimes people are dismissive about it. She was super nice giving me all the GF and DF options

First visit under new mgt. and was very pleased. The bake shop is modern and clean. Staff is friendly and product knowledgeable. The frosting to cupcake ratio is perfect - no frosting overload. We each had 1 cupcake and we shared 1 cupcake. The strawberry shortcake cupcake was a vanilla cake with strawberry puree core with a strawberry cream cheese frosting. (The other party loved the cupcake).The Tiramisu was as close to the real deal as you can get in a cupcake! Even an espresso shot in the middle - I'm a Tiramisu fan ... and this was a perfect rendition of a classic dessert. We shared the carrot cake cupcake but was hard not to eat it all. Lots of carrots and a great cream cheese frosting. All of the cupcakes were moist, tasty as well as pleasing to the eye. A great treat at a reasonable price.
