Plantain mash, fried egg, Dominican cheese, salami, sauteed red onions and peppers.

Greens, crumbled goat cheese, chopped almonds, passion fruit vinaigrette, cherry tomatoes and grapes. Choice of protein (grilled chicken, shrimp, salmon) may be added for an additional charge.

Choice of chicken, beef, pernil or shrimp. Topped with pico de gallo, mojo sauce and guacamole.

Ground beef patty grilled with onions, cabbage and tomato. Served on a brioche bun with fries and drizzled with light chipotle aioli.
