most coffee companies give their espresso blends some weird, funky or cool name. we probably should, but for now, we're going to be boring. however, this blend is far from boring. you'll notice wonderful fruit and nuts in the cup with terrific body and very muted acidity. it's the blend we used in the shop. great in milk or solo. it's also great as a drip coffee. it really deserves a cool name. try it and give us some ideas.
