Freshly Squeezed

There is no freshly squeezed juice at the store.. I ordered for a basic orange juice, it wasn’t freshly made but was a premix which was sweet as ever. I asked if other flavours (pomegranate/watermelon etc) are made fresh, the person taking my order said everything is premix it’s not made fresh at that moment. Its misleading!! Not visiting the store again.

I found a hair in my drink. They then refused to acknowledge that and said its just ice. They had to look long and hard and then gave me a small drink to replace it instead of the medium i paid for. They are making drinks without wearing hair nets or gloves or even asking about ice or any of the basic questions. They aren't following hygienic practices.

Not enough employees with the rush they get. They bypass first come first serve, and make orders last order first. Waited more than 15 mins for 1 drink. 2 people ordered before us, 1 of them got served before us, then 4 people who ordered after us got their orders next, then then the second person who ordered before us, then us. Very disorganized. No communication. The quality of the orders has decreased. I have been coming here since 2012. Needs major improvement and training.

Unpleasant experience. Horrible taste and misleading name. It is anything but fresh . In the name of freshly squeezed only serving artifical flavors and charging for the fresh juice.

Okay it’s definitely not freshly squeezed, should’ve gotten a box of Tropicana at this point. $8 for a small orange juice. Waste of my money. If you want real fresh juice go to Real Fruit.

We ordered mango juice and they gave us stored frooty juice not even fresh not gonna drink from that horrible place again

The ordered mango banana shake here. But they just game me only ice on it. It was tasteless. Never recommend this store

Bought pomegranate, watermelon fresh juice and banana mango shake as well. A little over $8 for medium size. Staffs, service and the atmosphere is okay. Nothing to complain.
