Absolutely shocking kept long time served customers before me I asked for glass of water to take medicine girl tells me we do not give water charged me 17 dollars for Buddha satay .it's Sunday time is 12.09 Untrained uncourteous staff .Will never come to your place Owner instead of hiring Untrained students hire but train before putting them to serve.

One of the worst Freshii location I have visited. I have been eating at Freshii restaurants for years, monthly in Mississauga and toronto area, and every restaurant has similar menu and food options. However this Particular restaurant is completely different. I just came out do the restaurant and girl on shift is utterly rude, she seems like she doesn’t want to be here and forced to do this job. Second, every other freshii restaurants have 6 vegetables choices for a customer bowl but when I asked the girl, she said it’s only 3. It seemed like she was making up her own rule. I just walked out and went to Pita land next door. Even though I am not a big fan of their food but at least service is 100% better.

It was very disappointing experience ! I wanted to try Sunday special today. Ingredients were listed in store posters. Price was supposed to be $2 cheaper than regular price. Last minute I am told that there would be no protein (chicken) in the ingredients and if I want it it would be added for $3.99. I explained that it was already advertised with that price ($8.99) as Sunday special and there is no wording regarding what extra payment that I’m told this very last minute and regular price even $2 cheaper if I pay this ‘extra’ amount. I’ll never try this Freshii again !!

Food is very bland and overpriced for what it is - there are much better healthy/veg options out there.

Really disappointed with the lack of compliance with Freshii brand. They skimp on proper product portions and ‘fresh’ness. They give you less and cut corners while charging full price. They should lose their license as franchisee for this. It’s beans and rice for goodness sake!

I just had the tropical mango smoothie with vega protein powder and 10 minutes after drinking it, I had INCREDIBLE stomach pain. I don't have any food intolerances and I rarely get sickness from food. This really sucks. Last time I went to Freshii, my husband had stomach pain from a bowl. This is reoccurring and I won't be supporting Freshii any longer.

Healthy, filling lunch with adequate service. Ingredients appeared and tasted fresh.
