Fresco Chocolate

We're artisan chocolate makers. Starting with single origin cacao, we make chocolate one batch at a time, hand roasting and processing to highlight unique flavors that exist in each cacao origin and vintage. All of our dark and 100% chocolates are free of nuts, dairy, soy and gluten. Fresco is Italian for fresh, which is how chocolate should be.
