Freetime Java

It has been a few years since I have been here, but I will, never, ever return to Freetime Java, nor will my husband who is a much more frequent customer. Earlier tonight, my grandmother was taken to the hospital, and after being in the ER for hours, I needed a break and DIRE need of some coffee. I went to her house to get a few things for her when she is discharged after which, I went to Freetime Java, it is the only actual coffee shop open at this time, and there is not much more that is unappealing than gas station coffee that was brewed hours ago. I pulled up at the speaker around 2:15 AM. After sitting at the speaker for about five minutes before being even acknowledged, a woman came on the speaker and immediately said “I have to go on my lunch, I’ll be back in 30 minutes”. it definitely caught me off guard, and I had said, “ so I can’t order now…?” But got no response at all. I sat there for another minute or so before backing out. It might be worth mentioning that there was a car in front of me at the window. Primarily, my frustration and irritation is with the business. if your staffing numbers requires that you need to shut down for X amount of time so the employee can take their lunch—post it. Make it known. Something!!! The employee was also very rude though. There was no “hi” no “I’m sorry, but…” no nothing like that. I genuinely would have left disappointed, that is all, if there would’ve been at least a smidge of good customer service provided when telling me that I couldn’t order. Even if they are the only coffee shop open in the area., I will never return there or to the gas station even.

My favorite place for coffee only place I go period ,my #1 choice is iced Americano made by JADE , MELISSA , and one other girl "you know who you are "*** all three women you know me in green Chevy astro with my Michael babe ***they are my The best customer service I've ever had makes my Day better to know there are still Good people in the world it means so much to me thanks for being so nice and for the couple girls that are very rude and bullying me go suck a bug!!! , I would walk miles to just go there and its not only because they make great coffee but treat me like a friend and not like few more $$ in their pocket lol ☺️ you( 3) WOMEN R amazing and I appreciate your positive attitude ❣️ great job I love you all and to who ever reads this if you're wanting the best coffee ,quick and done how you want it & at the affordable price and don't want to deal with rude ppl or bad costumer service then FREETIME JAVA IN MARYSVILLE IS THE PLACE TO GO for sure , bet , on god ahahah love it

They don't use real coffee there it's just a premix blend powder you can taste just ask them! it it's very chalky very sad don't support them.

I've been going there for years always polite people working however tonight's graveyard shift was behaving atroeissly toward the customers waiting in line at the drive threw having their friends drive up and conversing w/them 15 min at a time using foul language so loud I could hear with engin ,music&air on. Owner should make huge changes to that shift 7/2/2023

Since the first time I visited and ordered the "Go bananas" with whip and add a shot I've been hooked!! I visit at least every other day!! The girls are so friendly!
