Great Chicago Dog unique spen on the fries( they are shoestring) but your whole family will enjoy the atmosphere & the food

Drive through is Horrible at this restaurant. So, there will not be one star for the service I encountered here. I asked for the #1 Combo served with choices of for fries or etcetera options but after not needing a drink the order totally changed. After waiting 10 minutes upon receiving a chili cheese fries with the hamburger with mustard that I specifically ordered not to be added, I promptly returned the chili cheese fries I was given no choice but to ask for a refund. How can be a no mustard on the burger be misinterpreted to be added to my order? This was A very simple request by the customer. This is one of the many reasons I dislike DRIVE THURS at fast food franchises! The fast food employees have no knowledge or direction by the meaning of customer service. This sucks! To post this review I am forced to give one Star

Food is always hot. Employees have a lot of patience and they are kind. Employe Taylor H. gave us top notch service.

Mmmmmmm..... those fries though with Freddy's sauce.

We stopped by Friday night a full hour before closing. There was one ONE family *locked inside* eating, and 3 or 4 employees standing around. The drive through was completely empty…but dining was closed for being “short-staffed” ?

The food was fresh and hot. In Drive thru, they left my French fries out of my order. I had to go in and get my fries

This is a great alternative to regular ice cream. The variety is super tasteful and rather invigorating. They even serve old fashioned Waffle Cones.? My personal favorite is the double chocolate malt. Oh my goodness!
