FRANK’s Louisiana Kitchen is the second restaurant from Shreveport natives Chef Frank Harris IV and businessman Brian Flournoy. Opened in May 2017 in Windrush Village, Shreveport’s beautiful Provenance neighborhood, our goal is for our guests to feel like they took a trip to New Orleans! Our restaurant uses the BEST, FRESHEST local seafood, meats & produce available and makes every dish from scratch, using authentic, time-tested Louisiana recipes & techniques.
