Franco's NOFRILLS Hamilton

I had to go back and bring back this cheesecake that expired 2 years ago. I pulled all 6 more boxes from the fridge and gave them to the cashiers.

Honestly, this store has gone downhill. The place is always packed, usually under stocked. The staff is not friendly or very helpful. Even though they have tons of empty boxes around the staff hold on to them like it’s a child. I see more workers standing around talking to each other than I see workers on the floor stocking or doing literally anything else other than talking. But I guess their boss doesn’t care either, cause if they did I’m sure they would manage their staff better. ‍♀️ very disappointing.

A little bit more organization inside the store will be great! Also, if the employees can be a little bit more friendly. Prices are OK!

First time coming to this store. Stood in line at self checkout for a while just to be told I can't take the basket with me. The attending employee let 5 minutes pass seeing me in line without saying anything.

What a dump!!! Horrible cashiers, rude ignorant and lazy, the place smells half the time and AGAIN!!!! The worst cashiers ever.
