Foxtail Coffee Co. is dedicated to responsibly sourcing some of the finest coffees from around the world. Specializing in Central American, South American, and East African coffees. Once the sacks of coffee leave the farm, they have already been husked, processed, and dried. Foxtail then receives the raw coffee in pallets and starts to develop roast profiles for each lot, highlighting that bean and origins most positive characteristics. The café then proudly shares the lot with their local community. Foxtail Coffee Co. is in the business of education.
