The Fox Pub was founded in November 2009 by Englishman, Mike Cheesman, his wife, April and their son, Matt Rixner with the vision of creating a comfortable space for ALL to gather and enjoy the pub experience. Nestled in friendly North Peoria, The Fox Pub is your home for tasty fayre, a unique and continuously-rotating Craft Beer selection, weekly quiz night, soccer action, live acoustic music and exciting special events. Now owned and operated by Matt and his wife, Cortney, The Fox Pub continues to be a true family business.
