A creamy drink comprised with a double shot of espresso and milk. Add a house-made flavor if you'd like a balance of sweetness, creaminess, and delicious espresso flavor.

It is believed that this drink was created in Italy during World War II, where the American troops stationed in Europe, not being used to the intense flavor of Italian espresso (coffee available at that time), diluted it with a little hot water to give it a more familiar taste.

Invented at the Downtown Owosso Farmer's Market where Foster Coffee Company originated, this drink was created as a creamy, and lightly sweetened alternative to the black pour over coffee we were serving at the time. The Farmer's Market is comprised of an ounce of flavor of your choosing, 2.5oz of cream, and drip coffee. Traditionally served shaken over ice.

Matcha is a Japanese green tea powder made from finely powdered dried tea leaves. In addition to being delicious, it has lots of antioxidants and health benifits. It also has a decent amount of caffeine that doesn't make you crash or leave you feeling jittery. The version of Matcha we have chosen to serve is in latte form, lightly sweetened with our house made vanilla and your choice of milk. Add cinnamon for additional flavor and health benefits. Served hot or iced.
