Fortune Palace Restaurant

Tried to order myself a nice little dinner, somehow after all their surcharges.. my nice $16 meal became $35 plus taxes and driver tip. Luckily I cancelled that. Will not order there ever again.

The first time we went, the food was FRESH and delicious. The service was great. The second time we went, the food did not taste great. The rice was dry, and the BBQ pork that was in the wonton and that was in the chow mein had a bit of a sour taste to it. The special chow mein also tasted off, with a bit of a sour taste to it. We probably won't go for a while, and then we'll give it a shot again. Hopefully, next time, it's as fresh as the first time we ate at Fortune Palace.

I ordered takeout. And drove home. My mistake. They messed up the order. Then they took 1 hour to deliver the right food/ other half the order...14min /11km drive.... not a good experience for a first time customer... didn't even offer to give the tip back.

Great food. Staff were very helpful.

Good portion size, hot and fresh!
