Our homemade cinnamon buns go through two rises before reaching the oven and it shows! They are puffed up high and wide but they're just dense enough to smother with freshly made cream cheese frosting. These sell out almost daily so order early!

Aroa is a winery, in D.O. Navarra, where wine and Organic methods of cultivating go hand in hand. Carefully selected vineyards, located in the highest and coolest area of the region, hand-picked grapes. As the name suggests, Le Naturel Garnacha wine is a natural wine where the grapes are the main character. Made mainly from grenache and other varieties, the wine has a short maceration for only 5 days with minimum intervention to keep the grape’s qualities. No added sulphites. Le Naturel has a clean and bright color, with raspberry tones. On the nose, its fresh, with good intensity of red fruit notes of strawberries, raspberries, and violets. On the mouth, you get lots of fresh fruit with a genuinely nice step. A fresh, light and easy drinking red that is packed full of fruit.

Aromas of raspberries dusted in cocoa bring you to fun flavors of juicy wild strawberries, plums and bing cherries. Hints of baking spices and berry black tea linger on the finish. This is a fresh, lively, light Pinot Noir that is delicious with an array of foods. We like it with a slight chill on it during the warmer months. Forest Trail Notes: We love this vineyard! They are all organic, natural wines who use the Russian River to fully power their operations. In fact they use the Russian River to power 100 homes locally. On top of that all of their wine is unique and delicious.

Made with Tempranillo and 25% Garnacha which adds freshness and delicious aromas of cherries and fruits of the forest. Aged in American and French oak, this is a traditional, food-friendly Riojan Crianza, but with a decidedly modern personality.

This red wine hails from a small vineyard in Guarilihue, Itata that was first planted sometime in the early 1800s. This coastal vineyard sits on decomposed granite and is organically farmed by hand and horse. The wine is fermented naturally in concrete globes and is comprised of 60% Cinsault, 30% Pais, and 10% Carignan. This is a classic Southern Chilean field blend made in the traditional method and meant to be enjoyed as a young, fresh, vibrant wine. We recommend it be served with a slight chill.

Tasting Notes: A red with a very complex nose, with evident notes of fruit, but also of forest, which gives it a lot of personality. In the mouth, it is a precise and elegant wine throughout the tasting, with a long finish and good aging potential. Grape Varieties: Touriga Franca,Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Tinto Cão Winemaking: Manual harvesting into 20kg boxes, transported to the winery for partial de-stemming of the bunches – some with total de-stemming and others with a whole bunch. Cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats and French oak barrels from different cooperages. Aged 50% in stainless steel vats and 50% in French oak barrels for 9 to 10 months.

Gruner Veltliner is the "queen" of the white varieties in Austria. It's main characteristics are the fruity-spicy nose, also called "Pfefferl" referring to pepper. Fresh crips citrus, lively acidity, just cushioned by a creamy, ripe texture. The flavors are vivid, clean, light, and ready to drink now. Pale silvery straw color. Soft and inviting aromas of citurs custard, minerals, and prairie grass follow through on a supple, silky entry to a dryish light body with a touch of white pepper and a dry, soft, lingering lime rind and talc fade. A very nice and refreshing aperitif, or serve with scallops or other white seafoods. Gruner Veltliner is organic, biodynamic and sustainably grown. Truly a fantastic wine.

Tasting notes This Shiraz finds itself on the lighter side of life. Fruits primary focused on the red spectrum and a perfectly balanced alcohol to add liveliness to the palate. A great partner to casual Friday evening fare, rare gourmet burgers and homemade Mexican favorites. Vineyard The vineyards of the region are found to be extended till the southeastern slopes of Paardeberg Inselberg and are located high in the mountains. This way, these vineyards benefit from the well-drained soils that are rich in potassium, which is an important nutrient for the maintenance of vine health. These, along with the deep root systems, are giving the healthier and stronger vines. Vinification Stainless steel fermentation at 24-26 Celsius. Pressing the wines early to help retain freshness and vibrancy. Partially matured on French oak staves (20% of total volume). Final blends include small percentages of Mourvèdre and Cinsault. Appellation The majority of the grapes for these wines come from the Voor-Paardeberg Mountain (1 hr north of Cape Town) and a small portion from Stellenbosch as well. The wines were not aged in oak (except a small portion of the Shiraz). This small wine region with only 10 miles of vine growing area is located to the north of Paarl and is found to have an exceptional terroir. The major reason for this is the placement of this region and the soil composition along with the prevailing winds. These factors altogether give a specific quality to the wine grapes, thus giving rise to the elite wine range. Estate Radley & Finch is a range of varietal wines made by Thinus Kruger and Pascal Schildt. The name was inspired from the famous book: To Kill a Mockingbird, but unlike the serious nature of the book, these wines aim to reflect a typical and light-hearted style of wine true to the most enjoyed grape varieties originating in South Africa. The motto: Optimism, beats the pants off pessimism. We want these wines to be an honest path for wine drinkers to delve into the special world of premium South African wines over time.

ABOUT THIS WINE La Vinyeta collaborates with the Mona Foundation to create wines in the conservation of primates. This organization is dedicated to the custody and recovery of animals, mainly chimpanzees and macaques. Each vintage they create two monovarietal wines from varieties recovered in the Empordà, monestrell and malvasia. Both wines are illustrated with animals from the Foundation that also give the name to the vintage. Two wines, a white one, “Pipa” (one of their Barbary macaques) and a black one, “Bea” (one of their chimpanzees).Two small productions but with a lot of soul. ABOUT THIS PRODUCER La Vinyeta is one of the youngest and most dynamic DO Empordà projects. Its owners, Josep and Marta, are two young entrepreneurs who set up the business in 2002 with just 4 hectares of old vines located in Mollet de Peralada. Starting with these vine stocks, and with the know-how of the previous owner, they planted additional vineyards. In 2006 they built the cellar and began to produce their first bottles. In the space of just a few years, La Vinyeta has received numerous plaudits and has earned the appreciation of many visitors, drawn to the winery by a very personal service. La Vinyeta has been chosen as Best Winery 2018 by the Catalan Association of Sommeliers.
