      Ipa hopped with mosaic and grungeist. Notes of sugared pine apple cuts in a hot summer car road trip, grapefruit berry breakfast bowls in your mountaintop aviary, fucked up cantaloupe parties, a plain bagel, and lemon lollipops in the attic with scratchy rachmaninov records rotating slowly.

      A light, easy to drink desktop ale brewed with oats and hopped with opal. Notes of fresh herbs, pasta water, and lemon honey on ripe asian pears.

      720ml a very special purple saison brewed in collaboration with modern times. We added freshly smashed himalayan salt lamps to this beer before it began its long journey to oak puncheons for fermentation, then to steel tanks where a dose of hibiscus was added. It was then racked back into oak on top of carmenere grape skins, and then racked to rest in wine barrels.

      720ml a farmhouse ale brewed in collaboration with kyle of horus aged ales. This beer was hopped in the fermenter with tangy grungeist and saphir and then fermented with a trippy blend of ambler, british, and danish yeasts.

      720ml a saison brewed with lots of fresh ginger stalks from our family farm in the late summer of 2016 and then aged in oak barrels. Available for take away and in-house consumption.
