      Fermented for a whole 24 hours, this gluten free loaf offers the same great flavor as our regular wheat boule, minus the gluten! It's also dairy free and vegan. Made with sweet rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, psyllium husk, honey or maple, Himalayan salt, olive oil, water and organic wild yeast. It's delish and a wonderful loaf for those with gluten sensitives. **Comes in a 2 pack, smaller 15 oz. boules. I highly recommend adding one of our bread bags or purchasing one to maintain its shelf life. Good for 2-4 days, depending on how you store it.
