Flying Tiger Brewery and Pizza Bar is the only full production brewery and pizza kitchen that is locally owned in Monroe, Louisiana. Every beer we serve, we brewed. Every pizza we make, we make from scratch with slow proofed 24hr dough. We now offer a full pizza menu, wine list, and full bar to compliment our hand crafted beer. The taproom decor and atmosphere, along with the patio and outdoor green space, is the most unique in the area. We offer beer on draft and in six and four packs to go. Tours of the brewery are offered for groups daily.
