Flying Guillotine

Our kung fu-themed bar/museum, Flying Guillotine is a kickass tribute to all things martial arts and was made in collaboration with Wu-Tang Clan founder RZA, who we hear ain't nuthing ta f&%$ wit. Step into our dojo for custom cocktails, local draft beers, and rare martial arts memorabilia. The menu includes 45 draft beers plus two unique sections of the cocktail menu: Shaolin, which features 9 classic cocktails, and Wu-Tang, which highlights 9 original craft cocktails. The cocktail menu was designed by Bar Manager Vincent Favella, previously of Brooklyn's House of Wax and Manhattan's Press Room.
