All beans for our cold brew now come from one farm in Guatemala, once in the US they are rested in a bourbon barrel for a minimum of 6 months, after resting the beans are beautifully roasted by our friend over at Coffee Emporium, the beans are then brewed using high extraction cold brew techniques to capture all flavors and, lastly infused with nitrogen twice (once in the keg and another time on exit using a vortex infuser) to ensure you have the creamiest, most flavorful cold brew you have ever tasted!
