Decided to take my wife to Fleming's tonight for our Anniversary. When we showed up for our reservation, the table had little hearts all over it and an Anniversary card. It was a pleasant surprise to start the evening! Unfortunately for my wife, the experience was not the greatest. Her first Cocktail was not good, and her Lamb Chops were cold and undercooked. She asked for Medium. The waiter was apologetic and took them back to cook some more. When they came back they were medium, but they didn't taste great. This was unfortunate because the majority of the restaurant was empty as our reservations were at 5:30pm on a Wednesday. There was no rush. On the bright side, Michael was a fantastic waiter and the Ribeye, Lobster Mac n' Cheese, and Brussel Sprouts were delicious! As well as the Bananas Foster Brioche Bread Pudding and Chocolate Gooey Butter Cake!
We came for Tomahawk Twosday. The food was VERY underwhelming. Mac and cheese is VERY watery and has absolutely NO FLAVOR. Green beans were flavorless. The only reason they are receiving two stars is because the steak was tasty and the drinks were good. The service is also terrible and left much to be desired. Do yourself a favor and go to Steak 48. You won’t regret it!
The tomahawk steak was disappointing, the biggest steak most expensive steak & it was 70% fat 15% bone & only 15% meat....the equivalent of a 8 ounce steak. The mashed potatoes were basic, & the Brussel sprouts were really over cooked & plain tasting despite being cooked with bacon. The margarita was bad but the other 2 cocktails I had were Good. Our waiter was good & the over all service of everyone else was good as well, but $300 I expected better. I will say, that I have been before & everything was good, but that was a couple of years ago.
Our server, Alex, was amazing! He was attentive and personable. It was our first visit and we were quite impressed. The food was great, but I only gave 3 stars as some of it could have been hotter. We ordered the Twosday meal with the Chefs Filet and New York Strip. The filet was cooked perfectly, well done as ordered, but was surprisingly cold. We also ordered the Chipotle Mac n Cheese. It was warm but not as hot as I would have expected. The creamed spinach was served hot. We enjoyed the taste and the atmosphere, so we didn’t want to complain. It was a busy night and we overall were able to still enjoy our meal. We are a fan of other comparable steak houses, but the delicious house-made bread and steak butters, definitely gave Fleming’s the upper hand. We will definitely return and hopefully be able to enjoy some piping hot food.
Jose was our server and he was absolutely amazing, he made the experience excellent. The food was amazing. Thank you.
The service was great! This was my second time here! The first experience was amazing Everything was great!!! But this second time... not so great. The food was not that good. 2/17/2024 So after contacting the restaurant several weeks ago per the reply to my review, I spoke with management, Robert in particular. He offered to fix my experience when I returned to the restaurant. Due to high-end prices of Flemings I was unsure of when I would be able to return exactly so I opted for a gift card to be mailed to me. I have yet to receive any gift card from Flemings restaurant. What a disappointment
we had a private room for a party of 12 celebrating 2 birthdays. we had only 1 server who also was taking care of other tables in the main dining room. Service was poor (not the server’s fault), side was served cold, all (3) tomahawk steaks were very fatty, one filet was over cooked & the replacement was also over cooked. needless to say it was not the experience that we hoped for I guess we will stick to Ruth Chris
Michael was amazing & I'm super glad we had him as our server. The food was delicious. Our date night at Flemings was our first time here and everything was perfect!
Park in the Epicenter! Went here on a Tuesday did the Tuesday twosday tasting. Friendly server, delicious food
